Sale Process
Purchasers are invited to tender offers for individual title(s) or for the entire 8 lots.
All offers must be made using the standard form sale contract template. Please ask the vendor or one of the vendor’s agents (as below) for a copy to be sent to you.
Plant and Equipment available to supplement a sale of the entire 8 lot settlement as a going concern is listed in the Plant & Equipment Schedule. Please specify in your offer which items from the Plant & Equipment Schedule you wish to include in the sale.
The dwellings on Lots 1, 2 and 3 come fully furnished, including kitchen appliances, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, electric oven, bedroom furniture, beds and bedding, dining furniture, lounge furniture, TV’s, DVD players, microwaves, CD/radio players, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, outdoor furniture and BBQ etc.
The dwelling on Lot 8 comes partially furnished.

Each lot also owns a 1/8th share in:
- The new Oasis Clearwater waste treatment system, effluent field and discharge permit.
- The coastal permit for a new 24M x 3M floating jetty.
- The deep water mooring.
- The boat shed building and land concession.
- The benefit of recreational access easements over common areas.
