Literally on your doorstep is a sheltered all weather, all tides cove at the head of which sits the Clova Cribs boatshed and workshop - a large 600+ Sqm multi-doored building reticulated with 3 phase power and a concrete floored office and workshop. This old sawmill building is easily capable of storing up to 8 or more boats and sits at the top of an all tides stone based boat ramp. The building sits on Crown land for which an annual occupational license fee is payable. Each Lot owns a 1/8th share in the boatshed building.

Each lot also owns a 1/8th share in the coastal permit for a new 24M x 3M floating jetty to be situated literally on the door step of the property (to replace the existing jetty).
